We have worked on ports of JavaOS to a number of target hardware
platforms and enabled booting of Java based network computers in
Windows NT network environments.
We developed a reliable, easily scalable, object oriented
network environment which is now in use as the foundation of a popular

We also developed network protocols and applications to enable electronic
commerce. By taking the time to understand our clients' business and

Eureka! played a major role in the entire development life cycle of a
settop box for Italian digital satellite and cable pay-TV networks.

Eureka! has development expertise in settop box middleware
and operating system software. We have
also been a key contributor, through our work with OpenTV,
in the creation of a digital TV Java API specification. We
are currently working on digital TV demonstration programs.
The team at Eureka! provided management and key engineering enabling a
client to switch from their proprietary RTOS to VxWorks (an RTOS
authored by Wind River Systems) for their network equipment product line.
